IRCC’s Express Entry proof-of-funds rules apply to the Federal Skilled Worker Program and Federal Skilled Trades Program. Canadian Experience Class applicants do not need settlement funds under this requirement, and IRCC also describes an exemption for certain applicants authorized to work in Canada with a valid job offer.
